The prescription given was incorrect and certain tests/ measurements were not taken. Glasses were made up correctly with the wrong prescription and caused headaches and eye strain. Had to make additional trips to store and now have to wait to have a re-test.
It is as yet unclear when I will actually have new wearable glasses which is in itself disappointing. The fact that I have had to pay for glasses I can not wear, and pay a substantial amount with no benefit is frustrating and extremely disappointing. I will think twice before using Boots opticians again.

A very thorough eye test and all staff were very friendly and polite. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Staff were very friendly and the optometrist was very helpful and gave good advice.
Was very quick service which was perfect.
